UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 5:30pm on weekdays on the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays, so if you place your order after 5:30pm on a Friday your order will not be dispatched until Monday for delivery on Wednesday - Thursday (Standard) or Tuesday (Next Day).

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide!

International parcels are sent via Royal Mail and will be delivered by your local postal service.

Shipping costs £10.99 for one pair of shoes, plus £7 for any additional items in the same order.



You have 30 days from receiving your order to return any items, providing they have not been worn or damaged. All products should be returned in the original box.
Damaged, worn or dirty shoes will NOT be accepted and will be returned back to their sender. This also includes any items outside of the 30 day return period.

Using second class signed for delivery and provide us with a tracking number so it doesn't get lost in the post. Please tie any laces or close any buckles if applicable. Enclose a note stating your name, address, reason for the return and whether you want an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange please make a note of the size/colour. We will process your exchange/refund when it arrives.If an item is not in stock a refund will be processed automatically.

The cost of the return is to be covered by the customer.

Refunds and exchanged are usually processed within 2 working days of the item arriving back with us. If you have not received your refund within a week, please contact us at
